- Set up hydroformers to produce quality bellows in a repeatable manner
- Setup bellows trimmers
- Maintain trimmer blades including sharpening of blades
- Set up equipment per work instructions
- Prepare hydroformer dies, seal cones, links, and other tooling used in hydroforming
- Collect and store run and bellows data
- Organize and maintain suitable spare tooling for trimmers and hydroformers
- Organize and maintain work area for 6s compliance
- Must maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Leadership in troubleshooting of equipment to develop action plan to resolve issues
- Work with small cross functional team to assist in tube and bellows production.
- Maintain tooling/fixturing inventory
- Maintain average changeover of hydroformers to less than 2 hours
- Expand or crimp tubes for the operators as needed
- Assure all 1st piece inspections are acceptable prior to releasing equipment to production.
- Work with engineering to launch new bellows.
- Work closely with maintenance to ensure health and uptime of hydroformer
- Run hydroformers when not setting up and when free or when the operators are on breaks, lunch, or absent at the discretion of the supervisors.

- Knowledge of hydraulic equipment (a plus)
- Knowledge of plc (a plus not required)
- Coordinate production scheduling activities with production supervisors
- Ability to control one’s temper and cooperate with a cross-functional team
- Ability to use initiate to resolve issues with minimum supervision
- Ability to meet FMI attendance and punctuality policies.
