Responsibilities
- Maintain a minimum of 2 years of warehouse experience with a background in material handling and order pulling.
- Operate both stand-up and sit-down forklifts safely to move, stack, and retrieve inventory.
- Execute a balanced daily workflow consisting of inventory management and material handling duties.
- Perform cycle counts and manage inventory records to ensure high levels of stock accuracy.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently while verifying the condition and quantity of shipments.
- Conduct quality control inspections on incoming and outgoing materials to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Utilize computer software and internal systems proficiently for data entry, inventory tracking, and reporting.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving by identifying operational issues and implementing solutions independently.
- Exhibit team-player mentality and maintain a high standard of reliability and attendance.
