A primary focus of this position involves tracking shipments to ensure on-time delivery and proactively resolving any fulfillment or transportation issues that may arise. You will monitor inventory levels across multiple locations and channels to prevent stockouts and delays while communicating with internal sales, customer service, and operations teams to maintain a smooth flow. Maintaining accurate records in our ERP and inventory systems is crucial, as is managing returns, replacements, and carrier claims as needed.
The ideal candidate will have one to three years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or order processing. Hands-on experience working with 3PLs and LTL or FTL freight carriers is a requirement for this role. We also look for experience in multi-channel eCommerce environments including Amazon, Wayfair, and Shopify. You should possess strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP or order management systems are necessary, along with strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate outbound shipments with warehouses, 3PL partners, and LTL/FTL freight carriers
