- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred (with 3+ years of related experience).
- Project Management: Experience with full life cycle management of capital projects covering manufacturing buildings and equipment.
- Technical Expertise: Knowledge and experience with industrial HVAC, boilers, compressors, and chillers.
- Maintenance Skills: Prior maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment and working knowledge of Maintenance Software are preferred.
- Soft Skills: strong problem-solving ability, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to work autonomously.
- Communication: Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Manage the full lifecycle of capital projects, including initiation, planning, finalizing deliverables, and monitoring outcomes after completion.
- Technical Oversight: Review project plans and blueprints for accuracy, ensuring timelines are met and cost estimates remain within budget.
- Facility Support: Assist with the maintenance and monitoring of plant equipment, specifically HVAC systems, boilers, and compressors, to ensure efficient operation.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and recommend improvements to plant processes to minimize machine downtime and improve overall uptime.
- Regulatory Compliance: Maintain the facility in accordance with FDA, GMP, and SOP regulations, while ensuring all EHS requirements are met.
- Collaboration: Work directly with department supervisors and train plant personnel in safety and quality control procedures
