work hours: 3 PM - 11:30 PM

Responsibilities
- Batch Preparation: Weigh raw materials (pigments, resins, and solvents) with precision according to specific formulas and batch tickets.
- Formula Execution: Add ingredients in the exact "order of addition" using manual or automated systems.
- Quality Tracking: Maintain detailed records of lot numbers and material weights to ensure full traceability.
- Equipment Operation: Run high-speed mixers and Hockmeyer mills to properly disperse pigments into liquids.
- Process Monitoring: Adjust machine settings to ensure consistent ink viscosity and color while maximizing equipment efficiency (OEE).
- Discharge & Filtration: Safely manage the "press out" process and operate pump filter equipment to finalize batches.
