What You’ll Do In this role, you will be the face of our company at customer locations, working with minimal direct supervision. Your primary responsibilities include:
- Troubleshooting and Repair: Diagnosing and fixing commercial "hot side" and refrigeration equipment.
- Goal Achievement: Meeting or exceeding weekly productivity and customer-oriented goals.
- Customer Excellence: Maintaining a high level of professional service while working independently at various sites.
- Experience: At least three years in commercial kitchen repair, refrigeration, or HVAC.
- Certifications: You must hold an EPA Certificate. (CFESA Certification is a plus!) .
- Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
- Compliance: A valid driver’s license and an acceptable, insurable driving record are required.
