Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, sort, and store incoming stock accurately while updating inventory logs.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring high-quality standards.
- Communication with customers: email and oral communication with customers about orders and shipments.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks for material handling.
- Safety & Maintenance: Adhere to safety protocols, maintain a clean workspace, and report any damaged or broken inventory/equipment.
- Logistics & Distribution: Assist with loading/unloading trucks and ensure timely dispatch of goods.
- Housekeeping: Ensure the warehouse and facilities are clean and organized.
- Skills: Organizational skills, basic math skills, and ability to use inventory software (Fishbowl Inventory Management Software).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and occasionally work in varying temperature conditions.
