Role Overview: This isn't your average "box-moving" warehouse job. In this role, you are the backbone of a specialized battery distributorship. You will manage the lifecycle of 30k–80k batteries per year—from receiving and testing to loading them onto our specialized delivery trucks.
Qualifications:
- Warehouse Experience (REQUIRED): 6 months to 1 years in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Physical Stamina: Must be able to repetitively lift, push, and pull 45–60 lbs throughout an 8-hour shift. This is a very physically demanding role.
- Team Player: Thrives in a small team environment (2-4 people) where every member’s attendance and effort are critical.
- Safety Conscious: High awareness of safety when handling heavy, lead-acid batteries.
- Background Check Friendly: This position requires a criminal background chek and two valid foms of ID.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- High-Volume Material Handling: Manually move, stack, and stage car batteries (averaging 45 lbs each). You can expect to handle several hundred units daily.
- Quality Assurance & Tech: Place batteries on specialized tables for testing, charging, and labeling to ensure every unit meets performance standards.
- Loading & Logistics: Load orders onto side-bay trucks, box trucks, and Sprinter vans, ensuring weight is distributed correctly and orders are accurate.
- Core Processing: Clean and test "cores" (used batteries) returned by drivers to determine if they can be recycled or refurbished.
- Inventory Management: Efficiently put away new inventory and pick orders using a mix of manual lifting, pallet jacks, and forklifts where appropriate.
