Responsibilities
The Production Quality Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining and advancing product and process quality standards across the organization. This position supports the quality assurance group through hands-on inspection, testing, document control, and calibration activities. The ideal candidate brings solid automotive industry quality experience, computer proficiency, and practical knowledge of metrology and measurement equipment, all while operating in compliance with ISO/IATF 16949 quality management system requirements.
- Hands-on experience with metrology and the use of measurement equipment in a Quality Lab setting (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges, CMM)
- Above-average computer skills required — proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) is essential
- Experience with quality management software or ERP systems
- Familiarity with document control systems and audit reporting processes
