Responsibilities
Responsibilities Include:
Manage daily production to ensure timely and accurate formulated product which meet the
production schedule and company requirements.
Designing and improving recipes. Testing ingredients and finished goods to ensure that each
item meets food safety and quality controls.
Ensure employees are properly performing their duties that affect food safety and quality of
products produced at the facility. In addition, but not limited to:
Isolate any product which will not meet the established quality standards. Notify quality
assurance department of any such problem and record on appropriate document.
Ensure employees are following GMP’s, while minimize waste and maximize production
efficiency.
