Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise maintenance assistant, providing clear direction, training, and support to ensure high performance and safety standards.
- Develop, implement, and oversee preventive maintenance programs utilizing Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders, asset history, and maintenance schedules.
- Manage electrical systems including low voltage and high voltage equipment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and technical specifications.
- Oversee the operation and troubleshooting of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), schematics, HVAC systems, and other mechanical or electrical components critical to manufacturing processes.
- Coordinate repair activities for industrial machinery, facilities infrastructure, HVAC units, and electrical systems to minimize downtime.
- Plan and execute projects related to facilities management, equipment upgrades, or system improvements while adhering to budget and timeline constraints.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols related to high voltage, low voltage, electrical work, and industrial maintenance procedures.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, repairs, and safety audits in accordance with company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational workflows and implement innovative solutions for facility management challenges.
