Responsibilities

Machining Operations: Set up and operate CNC and manual machines (lathes, mills, grinders) to produce or repair tooling and machine parts.  

Setup & Testing: Read blueprints/mechanical drawings, load raw materials, and perform test runs to ensure parts meet exact specifications.  

Production Support: Supervise machine cycles, make necessary adjustments for quality, and troubleshoot tooling or equipment issues.  

Collaboration: Assist the maintenance and tooling departments, and consult with engineering as needed.  

Maintenance & Safety: Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean workspace while following all safety and Lockout/Tagout protocols.
