Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate Degree in Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Industrial Technology, or a related technical field.
- Prior experience as an Electronics Technician or Manufacturing Technician.
- Military Veterans with technical, mechanical, or electrical ratings (e.g., Avionics, Nuclear Power, Fire Control).
- Experience in the semiconductor industry.

- Stability: Full-time hours with a consistent Monday–Friday schedule (plus OT for extra earning potential).
- $500 paid after 90 days
- $1,000 paid after 180 days

Responsibilities
- Diagnose & Repair: Perform complex electrical troubleshooting and mechanical repairs on high-tech semiconductor equipment.
- Master the Tools: Utilize multimeters and voltage readers to identify power fluctuations and circuit failures.
- Technical Literacy: Read and interpret sophisticated schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation to guide repairs.
- Preventive Maintenance: Execute routine equipment maintenance to minimize downtime and optimize manufacturing flow.
- Safety & Quality: Uphold the highest standards of safety and precision in a cleanroom or advanced manufacturing environment.
