Responsibilities
- Process and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Pick products from inventory based on order tickets or packing slips
- Package items securely for shipment to prevent damage during transit
- Create shipping labels and process shipments using carrier systems such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, and freight portals
- Verify order accuracy, quantities, and shipping information before dispatch
- Use computer systems and warehouse software to enter and track orders
- Maintain organized shipping and inventory areas
- Coordinate with warehouse, inventory, and customer service teams as needed
- Track shipments and assist with resolving shipping issues or delays
- Maintain compliance with company safety procedures and shipping regulations
