The Role
Machine Operation: Run and monitor CNC mills and lathes with minimal supervision.
Setups & Changeovers: Prepare machines and load tools/fixtures to maintain production flow.
Quality Control: Perform in-process inspections and document measurements to ensure conformance.
Maintenance & Organization: Complete preventive maintenance tasks and follow 5S standards for a clean, efficient workspace.
Manual Work: Use manual machines and bench tools to modify parts as needed.
Qualifications
- Required: 2+ years of CNC machining experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Preferred: Technical degree, apprenticeship, or certification.
- Preferred: CNC programming experience, specifically with Mazak Mazatrol.
Thursday: 4:30pm – 8:30pm.

Responsibilities
- manufacture precision parts and components that support a diverse portfolio of engineered products
- run CNC milling and turning equipment (with some manual machining and bench work as needed)
- prepare machines, load tools/fixtures, and complete timely setups and changeovers while maintaining process stability and production flow.
