Responsibilities
- Responsible for the full lifecycle of parts—unloading, inspecting, and verifying inbound shipments against purchase orders.
- Maintaining high levels of inventory precision through regular cycle counts and resolving discrepancies.
- Assist in maintaining and optimizing the workflows of automated or semi-automated warehouse systems.
- Preparing and validating critical shipping documents, including packing lists, bills of lading, and potentially export documentation for international shipments.
- Act as a bridge between the Customer Care Team, sales, and service departments to prioritize urgent shipments for clients in the life sciences sector.
