- Hourly Rate: $30.00 – $37.00 (based on experience).
- Shift Differentials: * 2nd Shift: Extra $2.00/hr

Your Daily Mission:
- Heavy-Duty Repair: Troubleshoot and fix mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Precision Work: Use micrometers, calipers, and laser alignment tools to ensure machinery is dialed in.
- Massive Equipment: Maintain and repair overhead cranes, mobile equipment, and large stationary machinery.
- Root Cause Analysis: Don’t just patch it—find out why it broke and fix it for good.
- Industrial Grit: High School Diploma/GED and a background in heavy industry or manufacturing (Required).
- Technical Skill: Experience repairing hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- The Right Tools: Ability to read a tape measure and use precision instruments; machining skills are a huge plus.
- Physical Strength: Ability to climb, kneel, reach, and lift at least 50 lbs in a rugged environment.
- Shift Readiness: Must be available for either 2nd or 3rd shift (8-hour shifts, no rotation).
