Core Responsibilities
- Precision Assembly: Build complex components and subassemblies using hand tools such as torque drivers, wrenches, and pliers.
- Technical Tasks: Perform high-precision soldering and assembly by following detailed work instructions.
- Data Integrity: Accurately complete transactions in the ERP system and document all required manufacturing data.
- Quality & Compliance: Adhere to processes supporting FDA GMPs, ISO standards, and Quality System Regulations (QSR).
- Communication: Identify and escalate non-conformances to engineering staff to ensure product reliability.
- Logistics: Assist with the final packing and labeling of finished goods for shipment.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Background in assembly, soldering, or inspection within a regulated environment is preferred.
- Standards: Familiarity with IPC-A-610 or IPC J-STD-001 is a plus.
- Aptitude: strong mechanical skill set and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow complex verbal and written instructions with high accuracy.
