As a Cable Assembly Test & Inspector, you are the final line of defense, ensuring our products are flawless before they head out to customers. You will:
- Be the Quality Expert: Inspect high-tech cable assemblies and components using high-powered magnifying lamps and microscopes.
- Run the Tests: Use cool gear like cable harness testers, micrometers, and calipers to verify electrical performance.
- Spot the Flaws: Catch and report any defective products to keep our standards sky-high.
- Team Up: Pitch in with hands-on production, from crimping and assembly to final packing.
- Detail-Oriented: You have great focus and don’t mind spending time looking through a microscope to find perfection.
- Coachable: You love learning new skills and take pride in doing a job right.
- A Team Player: You bring a positive vibe to work every day and love winning as a team.
- Familiarity with IPC-WHMA-A-620 standards.
- Experience with Cirris cable testers.
- Any past experience in an ISO 9001 manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
- Quality Inspection: Inspect cable assemblies and components using drawings, magnifying lamps, and microscopes
- Testing & Measurement: Verify electrical performance using cable harness testers and basic measurement tools like micrometers and calipers.
- Problem Solving: Report and control any non-conforming or defective products.
- Standards & Calibration: Assist with tool calibration programs and help develop product workmanship standards.
- Team Support: Pitch in with other production duties as needed, including hand assembly, crimping, and packing.
- The Right Attitude: A positive mindset, a strong willingness to learn, and a passion for working in a team environment. Detail-Oriented: Ability to maintain focus while using magnifying equipment for extended periods.
