- Digital Inventory Tracking: Utilize SAP software, computer terminals, and handheld RF scanners to execute precise inventory transactions, track material movements, and manage stock locations.
- Production Line Staging: Supply manufacturing lines with specific raw materials, resins, and packaging components accurately and on time to support continuous production schedules.
- Material Verification: Confirm part numbers, lot codes, and batch quantities against digital manifests or pick sheets before staging or shipping goods.
- Shipping & Receiving: Safely unload inbound freight, inspect materials for quality defects, cross-reference bills of lading, and prepare finished goods for distribution.
- Facility Sanitation: Maintain documented daily equipment safety inspections and keep warehouse zones, staging areas, and transfer aisles exceptionally clean and organized.
- Prior experience operating material handling equipment within a regulated environment (such as pharmaceutical, medical device, or food manufacturing).
- Proficiency with basic computer systems, warehouse management software (SAP preferred), and RF scanning technology.
- Ability to pass forklift certification requirements upon hire.
- Capacity to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and remain active throughout the shift.

Pharma Safety & cGMP Compliance
- Regulatory Audits: Adhere strictly to FDA regulations, cGMP guidelines, and OSHA standards while operating forklifts and material-handling equipment.
- Contamination Control: Transport pharmaceutical packaging and raw materials safely, ensuring zero damage, dust exposure, or contamination.
- Sanitation & Inspections: Conduct and document daily pre-shift equipment inspections. Maintain pristine, hazard-free cleanliness in warehouse and production staging zones.
- System Transactions: Utilize SAP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) via RF scanners and computer terminals to execute precise stock movements.
- Data Integrity: Verify part numbers, batch/lot codes, and quantities against manifests before executing digital inventory updates.
- FIFO Management: Follow strict First-In, First-Out (FIFO) protocols and participate in routine cycle counts to maintain 100% inventory accuracy.
- Line Staging: Deliver specific molding resins, components, and packaging supplies to manufacturing lines on time to prevent downtime.
- Receiving Verification: Unload inbound freight, inspect for damage, and cross-reference physical goods against bills of lading.
- Labeling: Ensure all finished goods are accurately ticketed and scanned before moving to final storage or shipping.
