We are looking for a Micro-Assembly Technician to work with some of the most delicate technology on the planet. In this role, you will step into our cleanroom, pull up a stereo microscope, and use tweezers and specialized miniature tools to build high-performance components using ultra-fragile quartz crystals.

Responsibilities
- Micro-Assembly: Utilize stereo microscopes, tweezers, and miniature tools to assemble tiny, highly intricate components.
- Fragile Material Handling: Safely handle and process delicate quartz crystals, maintaining strict cleanroom standards to prevent contamination.
- Bonding & Wiring: Precision-bond crystals to electrical leads, secure micro-wiring, and package the completed assemblies into protective housing built for real-world durability.
- Process Compliance: Follow strict blueprints, technical work instructions, and quality-control standards.
- ESD Safety: Adhere to rigorous Electro-Static Discharge (ESD) safety protocols to protect sensitive electronic components from damage.
