Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities
- Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate recordkeeping
- Oversee shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment processes
- Enforce workplace safety standards and company policies
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and warehouse operations
- Resolve operational issues and escalate concerns when necessary
- Maintain productivity goals and operational efficiency
- Prepare reports and communicate updates to management
