1st shift press brake operator .

Local company in White, Ga is looking for experienced press brake operators to join their team in early June! This position pay starts at 20/hour - 23/hour depending on experience. You must be mechanically inclined, able to read a tape measure, use a cnc press brake machine, have a highschool diploma or GED. MUST submit a resume to brandi.wilkinson@randstadusa.com

Responsibilities

• Performs all set up and tear down of the related equipment
• Calculates and set machine controls to position tools, speed and feed
• Inserts control instructions into machine and control units to start operation
• Mounts and secure tools and attachments, using hand tools and precision measuring instruments
• Selects and bolts holding clamp, die block and guide clamp to machine
• Lifts work pieces to machines manually or with hoists or cranes
• Measures and inspects parts using machine shop measuring tools per supplied customer drawings
• Modifies operating programs to account for problems during operation and save modified programs
• Resolves machine malfunctions and discusses with the supervisor or programmer

The essential functions of this role include:

wearing steel toe shoes

manual lifting up to 50lbs

standing for 10 hours at one time
