We are seeking a reliable and skilled Electrical Maintenance Mechanic to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment and electrical systems. The ideal candidate has an eye for detail, a solid safety mindset, and the ability to diagnose electrical issues quickly to minimize production downtime.

salary: $62,000 - $63,000 per year

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot & Repair: Diagnose and repair electrical malfunctions in manufacturing machinery, control panels, and facility systems.
  
  
• Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine PMs on electrical components and production equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  
  
• Blueprint Reading: Inspect, interpret, and work directly from electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
  
  
• Safety & Compliance: Adhere strictly to all OSHA, National Electrical Code (NEC), and company safety regulations, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
  
  

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience working as an electrical maintenance mechanic specifically within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  
  
• Technical Skills: Proven ability to accurately read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.
  
  
• Knowledge: Familiarity with industrial electrical systems (e.g., 120V, 240V, 480V, three-phase systems, relays, switches, and motors).
  
  
• Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in a manufacturing floor environment.
