Candidates must be flexible and available to work a rotating schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. The ideal candidate will have experience with frying, grilling and sauteing. Must have prior experience cooking in a restaurant, not fast food. Must have reliable transportation to and from Jekyll Island, pass fee will be re-imbursed.
