- Receive, inspect, and process incoming materials and inventory
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately
- Maintain GMP-compliant warehouse standards and procedures
- Perform inventory counts and stock organization
- Track lot numbers, expiration dates, and product documentation
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the warehouse
- Follow SOPs, safety standards, and quality procedures
- Assist with shipping, receiving, and general warehouse operations
- Work closely with operations, quality, and logistics teams
- Warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience preferred
- GMP, pharmaceutical, medical device, or regulated industry experience is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Reliable, professional, and motivated work ethic
- Experience with inventory systems or barcode scanners is helpful
- Forklift or pallet jack experience is a plus

Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming materials and products
- Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately
- Maintain GMP-compliant warehouse operations and documentation
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts
- Track lot numbers, expiration dates, and product traceability
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts
- Follow SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and safety guidelines
- Maintain cleanroom or controlled warehouse standards when required
- Monitor storage conditions (temperature, humidity, etc.)
- Quarantine damaged, expired, or non-conforming materials
- Use ERP/WMS systems for inventory and shipping transactions
- Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, and Production teams
- Prepare shipping documentation and labels
- Assist with audits, inspections, and compliance checks
- Ensure accurate recordkeeping for FDA/GMP requirements
