Compensation: $19.00 / hour
Schedule Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week). Overtime required on Fridays as needed based on production demands.
Position Overview Superior Metal Products is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Technician to join our growing manufacturing team in Chuckey, TN. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with their hands, taking pride in high-quality metal craftsmanship, and operating in a collaborative team environment. We offer a consistent, 4-day work week schedule with regular opportunities for overtime.

Responsibilities
- Machine & Tool Operation: Safely operate metal fabrication machinery, punch presses, saws, hand tools, and assembly equipment.
- Production & Assembly: Assist with the handling, racking, un-racking, and processing of metal parts (stampings, forms, or welded components).
- Quality Inspection: Visually inspect finished and in-progress metal components to ensure they meet strict quality standards and blueprints before shipping.
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and move metal stock and materials to designated areas within the facility.
- Safety & Maintenance: Adhere to all OSHA and company safety protocols. Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of debris.
