- Experience: 2+ years of electrical wiring experience (power systems, control panels, or box builds preferred).
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent (Vocational/Technical school is a huge plus!).
- Skills: Proficient with hand tools and strong ability to read/follow electrical schematics.
- Bonus Points: Familiarity with IPC-620 Class 3 standards and basic knowledge of power systems.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfort working in a manufacturing environment with moderate noise.
