Compensation: $20.00 – $24.00 / hour (Dependent on experience and shift)

Responsibilities
- Component Assembly: Build, fit, and align mechanical parts using standard hand and power tools (e.g., torque wrenches, drills, screwdrivers, rivets).
- Blueprint Reading: Read and interpret basic mechanical drawings, diagrams, and work instructions (SOPs) to ensure accurate builds.
- Quality Check: Perform basic visual inspection of parts before and after assembly to ensure there are no defects or missing components.
- Material Handling: Safely move materials around the shop floor and maintain a clean, organized work area (5S environment).
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with production leads and quality teams to meet daily output goals safely.
- Experience: 1 to 3+ years of experience in mechanical assembly, manufacturing, automotive repair, or a related hands-on trade.
- Tool Proficiency: Confident use of basic hand tools, power tools, and measurement tools (like tape measures or calipers).
- Skillset: Ability to read basic schematics, blueprints, or illustrated assembly instructions.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, perform repetitive tasks, and lift up to 40–50 lbs regularly.
- Reliability: A proven track record of excellent attendance and punctuality.
