Requirements:
- 18+ years old and legally eligible to work in the US.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Forklift experience is required.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment and random drug screens.
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed to meet deadlines.
- Prior assembly and dedicated MIG welding experience.
- Solid blueprint reading skills and sharp attention to detail.
- Standing, walking, bending, and climbing throughout a 10-hour shift.
- Repeatedly lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
- Working comfortably in a non-temperature-controlled industrial environment with proper PPE.

As a Production Fabricator, you will bring blueprints to life. You will be responsible for interpreting technical drawings, fitting materials with precision, and utilizing modern welding techniques to deliver top-tier finished products.
- Fabricate & Fit: Interpret drawings/specifications and expertly fit steel materials to print.
- Welding & Finishing: Utilize a well working knowledge of wire/filler materials across various fabrication projects, finishing up with manual and power grinding tools for a clean, professional look.
- Operate & Collaborate: Run various shop machinery, apply practical mathematics, and work seamlessly alongside the drafting and assembly teams.
- Safety & Ownership: Maintain a clean, organized work area and self-check your work for absolute completeness and accuracy.
