- Education/Experience: 2-year Mechatronics degree preferred, OR 5+ years of relevant experience required.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in PLC, electrical, and mechanical troubleshooting; ability to read schematics/prints.
- Core Competencies: Advanced problem-solving, shop math, and basic Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) skills.
- Safety: Strict adherence to all safety rules and regulations.
- Ability to regularly stand, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. continuously (above shoulder height and below the waist).
- Good close vision and depth perception.

Responsibilities
- Mechanical & Electrical Repair: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, combustion, and electrical control systems.
- Preventive Maintenance: Perform scheduled PMs and daily inspections on production equipment and molding presses.
- Equipment Upgrades: Install and modify machinery to improve safety, reliability, and operation.
- Technical Skills: Read blueprints/schematics; perform welding, fabrication, and torch-cutting.
- Safety & Admin: Maintain accurate daily paperwork, uphold clean work areas, and strictly follow all EHS regulations.
