Our client is a fast-paced, Just-In-Time (JIT) manufacturer looking for a Multicraft Maintenance Technician to join their tight-knit, collaborative team. Responsibilities

• Emergency & Breakdown Maintenance: Rapidly troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, PLC, pneumatic, and robotic equipment to minimize JIT production downtime.
  
  
• Routine & Preventive Maintenance: Perform preventive and predictive maintenance using our CMMS (MaintainX) to drive long-term equipment reliability.
  
  
• Engineering Support: Partner with process engineering on continuous improvement initiatives, equipment modifications, and reliability tracking.
  
  
• Capital Projects: Support the design, build, and installation of new electrical controls, mechanical assemblies, and pneumatic systems.
  
  

The essential functions of this role include:

working in a non-temperature controlled environment

manual lifting up to 50lbs

standing for 12 hours at one time

working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week

working weekends
