- Salary: $43,000 – $62,000 / year (Top dollar for experienced boom/Moffett operators!)

- A valid Class A or B CDL with a clean driving record (MVR).

- Minimum 1–2 years of commercial driving experience (flatbed/construction experience is a massive plus!).
- The Muscle: Ability to lift and move heavy building supplies (up to 75–100 lbs) alongside a great team.

Responsibilities
Driving & Delivery
- Safe Operations: Safely operate a commercial motor vehicle (flatbed, boom truck, or mofett/piggyback forklift setup) in compliance with all local, state, and federal DOT regulations.
- Route Navigation: Plan efficient delivery routes using GPS and local knowledge to ensure timely arrivals at job sites.
- Site Assessment: Evaluate delivery sites for safety hazards (overhead wires, unstable ground, tight spaces) before unloading materials.
- Load Securement: Ensure all building materials are properly strapped, tarped, and secured before leaving the yard.
- Unloading Logistics: Use specialized equipment (boom cranes, piggyback forklifts, or manual labor) to unload and place materials exactly where the customer needs them (e.g., stocking drywall inside a building or stocking a roof).
- Inventory Verification: Match delivery tickets against physical cargo to ensure order accuracy before and after unloading.
- DVIR Inspections: Conduct thorough Pre-Trip and Post-Trip Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports (DVIR) daily. Report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Log Management: Maintain accurate hours-of-service (HOS) logs via Electronic Logging Devices (ELD).
- Documentation: Collect authorized customer signatures on delivery receipts and return all completed paperwork to the dispatch office daily.
