Production Operations: Supervise daily activities on the manufacturing floor, coordinate employee assignments to smash production targets, monitor output to boost efficiency, and troubleshoot operational issues alongside our maintenance team. -
Workforce Leadership: Lead, train, and onboard new team members while providing the coaching, feedback, and accountability necessary to maintain a high-performing shift. -
Safety & Compliance: Enforce all safety policies, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and lead incident investigations to keep our team safe. -
Quality Assurance: Monitor production processes to prevent defects and ensure our finished products strictly meet company and customer specifications.
What You Need (Required):

3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment. -
1+ years of direct supervisory or leadership experience. - strong communication skills and the proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift up to 40 pounds, and work comfortably around machinery and equipment.
- Experience supervising shift-based production teams.
- Background in plastics, foam, or insulation manufacturing.
- strong mechanical troubleshooting abilities.
