- Blueprint Familiarity: Basic understanding of machine shop workflows and the ability to interpret finishing symbols on engineering drawings.

Responsibilities
- Precision Edge Finishing: Hand-deburr, chamfer, blend, and polish complex machined parts made from titanium, stainless steel, aluminum, and engineered plastics.
- Tool Mastery: Skillfully operate a wide array of finishing equipment, including pneumatic die grinders, micro-deburring knives, rotary tools (Dremels), bench grinders, belt sanders, and tumbling barrels.
- Microscopic Deburring: Utilize microscopes and high-magnification loupes to inspect and clean microscopic burrs from ultra-precise, tight-tolerance miniature components.
- Blueprint & Spec Adherence: Read and interpret basic manufacturing blueprints, routing sheets, and finishing specifications to ensure part dimensions are maintained within required tolerances (ensuring you don't over-deburr or alter critical dimensions).
