What You'll Be Doing
- Machine Building: Assemble high-quality parts and subassemblies from the ground up.
- Blueprint Fluency: Read and decipher schematics, blueprints, assembly instructions, and bills of materials.
- Precision Assembly: Align and position components manually or by using hoists or forklifts.
- Fluid Power & Electrical Support: Assemble hydraulic and pneumatic components using hand tools and assist in wiring machinery.
- Quality Assurance: Verify exact specifications by measuring completed components.
- Experience: 3 years of metal fabrication experience; CNC experience is required.
- Technical Savvy: Ability to interpret blueprints ; experience with electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatics is preferred.
- Physical Capability: Ability to stand, kneel, climb , and frequently lift or move up to 60 lbs.
- Schedule Flexibility: Ability to work overtime and weekends when production deadlines require.
- Verifications: Ability to pass a background check, post-offer drug screen, physical, and agility test.

Responsibilities
- Machine Building: Assemble high-quality industrial components, subassemblies, and major food processing machinery from the ground up [Produces components by assembling parts and subassemblies.].
- Blueprint Fluency: Read, interpret, and decipher blueprints, electrical schematics, assembly instructions, and bills of materials (BOM) [Reads and deciphers schematics, blueprints, assembly instructions, and bill of materials.].
- Precision Assembly: Utilize hand tools, power tools, hoists, and forklifts to carefully position, align, and fasten heavy components [Positions or aligns components and parts, either manually or with hoists or forklift., Uses hand tools or machines to assemble parts.].
- Fluid Power & Electrical Support: Build out complex hydraulic and pneumatic assemblies [Uses hand tools or machines to assemble parts (Hydraulic and Pneumatic)] and assist with industrial machinery wiring [Assist in wiring assemblies and machinery.].
- Quality Assurance: Verify exact specifications by measuring completed components to ensure total accuracy before shipment [Verifies specifications by measuring complete components.].
