We're looking for a CNC Woodworking Operator to join our growing team. Whether you're experienced or looking to expand your skills, we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.

- Operate and monitor CNC woodworking equipment
- Load materials and ensure accurate production
- Read and follow work orders and drawings
- Perform quality checks on finished products
- Help maintain equipment and keep the workspace organized

- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous CNC or woodworking experience is an asset, but not required

Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC woodworking machines, routers, and machining centers.
- Load raw materials such as plywood, MDF, hardwood, and laminate sheets onto machines.
- Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, technical drawings, and production specifications.
- Upload, verify, and adjust CNC programs to meet production requirements.
- Select, install, and calibrate cutting tools, drill bits, and router bits.
- Measure and inspect finished parts to ensure compliance with quality standards and tolerances.
- Monitor machine performance during operation and make necessary adjustments.
- Troubleshoot machine malfunctions, tooling issues, and programming errors.
- Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and lubrication of CNC equipment.
