As our Construction Administrator, you will be the central hub connecting our project managers, subcontractors, field superintendents, and clients. You will manage the vital paperwork, compliance documentation, and daily logistics that keep our job sites moving. Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Document Control: Track and distribute RFIs, submittals, change orders, and updated blueprints to field crews and subcontractors.
  
  
• Compliance: Collect and verify subcontractor certificates of insurance (COIs), lien waivers, and safety paperwork.
  
  
• Financial Support: Assist with processing invoices, purchase orders, and tracking project expenses against budgets.
  
  
• Project Closeout: Gather warranties, O&M manuals, and as-built drawings at project completion.
  
  
• Logistics: Coordinate vendor deliveries, job site trailer setups, and maintain daily progress logs.
  
  

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in construction administration or project coordination.
  
  
• Proficiency with construction software (e.g., Procore, Sage, CoConstruct) and MS Excel.
  
  
• Clear understanding of construction terms and document workflows.
  
  
• organizational skills and ability to multitask under deadlines.
