Responsibilities
1.Perform Inspections: Conduct thorough visual, dimensional, and functional testing on incoming raw materials, sub-assemblies, and finished medical equipment using precision instruments to verify alignment with strict engineering specs.
2.Enforce Sterile Standards: Monitor and audit the cleanroom or assembly line environments to ensure continuous compliance with cGMP, ISO 13485 protocols, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
3.Document and Track: Maintain immaculate, audit-ready inspection logs, device history records (DHR), and data tracking files to satisfy internal stakeholders and external FDA investigators.
4.Isolate Defective Goods: Identify, flag, and physically segregate defective items or raw materials; initiate formal Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) and collaborate with production engineers to trace root causes.
5.Approve Final Release: Perform the definitive quality review on fully completed medical systems and devices, providing the authorization signatures required for packaging and market distribution.
