Responsibilities
We are partnered with an agricultural mnufacturing company in the search of a Production Supervisor to lead a tight-knit, 5-person warehouse team blending, premium, custom fertilizer recipes. You will work shoulder-to-shoulder with a tenured crew, blending raw materials while ensuring the daily production schedule runs smoothly.
Direct Hire | M-F 6am-2:30am | $55k or DOE
What You'll Do
- Lead by Example: Manage a diverse 5-person crew with a collaborative, zero-ego approach.
- Run the Line: Safely operate equipment, transport/weigh raw materials via forklift, and mix custom formulas.
- Own the Shift: Oversee the M-F, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM shift. Production typically wraps by 11:00 AM; the rest of the day is for cleanup, shipping prep, and next-day staging.
- Step In: Cross-train to jump into production and cover the line whenever a team member is out.
- True Leadership: Exceptional people skills to build quick rapport and maintain a friction-free team dynamic.
- Work Ethic: Record of job stability and a willingness to learn the industry.
- Physical Capability: Ability to thrive in a physical warehouse. (Note: Due to handling raw fertilizer materials, this environment is not ideal for individuals with severe respiratory allergies)
