Responsibilities
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Own the Floor: Lead daily quality checks, monitor production lines, and ensure full compliance with food safety standards.
- Trace & Verify: Meticulously verify lot numbers, raw materials, and packaging details to ensure 100% traceability.
- Sample & Test: Collect product samples throughout the production process for analysis.
- Bridge the Communication: Use your fluency in both English and Spanish to train, guide, and collaborate with our diverse production team, ensuring everyone is aligned on QA protocols.
