Shift Schedule (2-Week Rotation)
- Shift: 12-Hour Nights (5pm/6pm – 5:30am/6:30am)
- Week 1: ON Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat, Sun (OFF Wed, Thu)
- Week 2: ON Wed, Thu (OFF Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat, Sun)
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Key Attributes:
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to preventative maintenance.
- Ability to work independently during the night shift while maintaining high safety and quality standards.
- Commitment to full attendance during the mandatory 7-week onboarding window.
salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

Responsibilities
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for troubleshooting and performing mechanical repairs on all assigned equipment, including basic hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical drive systems at the component level (e.g., packaging, conveying, processing or facilities equipment, etc).
