A leading and growing manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Production Shift Supervisor to oversee daily operations in a fast-paced, GMP- and SOP-driven environment. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for driving productivity, maintaining quality and safety standards, ensuring regulatory compliance, and developing high-performing teams. The ideal candidate is a communicator and problem solver with a proven ability to lead employees, manage priorities, and support continuous improvement initiatives while delivering operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure efficient operations and schedule attainment.
• Monitor production performance, labor utilization, and equipment effectiveness.
• Lead, coach, train, and develop production employees and team leads.
• Conduct shift meetings and communicate production priorities and operational updates.
• Promote and enforce workplace safety policies, GMPs, SOPs, and company procedures.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, operating procedures, food safety requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and coordinate resources to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and workforce assignments.
• Partner with maintenance and support teams to address equipment and operational needs.
• Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, quality, safety, and efficiency.
