Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, you will be accountable for daily production flow, labor optimization, and Value-Added Services (VAS). Your mission is to maintain the highest levels of safety, quality, and output while empowering your team with the tools they need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily Operational Leadership: Lead daily production support and VAS activities including display building, returns, rework, light assembly, kitting, and customer-specific modifications.
- Workflow & Production Planning: Plan, prioritize, and release production work based on demand, inventory, material availability, and line capacity. Adjust workflows in real-time to meet daily deadlines and shipment targets.
- Labor Optimization: Maintain proper staffing on production lines and work cells. Balance labor to workload to minimize downtime and maximize throughput.
- Team Development & Coaching: Drive a high-performance culture through active mentoring, regular performance feedback, promotion recommendations, and corrective actions in partnership with HR.
- Compliance & Quality Control: Direct associates on label placement and packaging requirements to ensure 100% vendor compliance. Keep materials properly rotated, accurately controlled, and safely stored.
- Continuous Improvement: Monitor productivity and quality metrics. Identify bottlenecks, troubleshoot operational issues, and implement process improvements to optimize costs and accuracy. Qualifications & Requirements
- Team Management: Proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing production or VAS teams of 10 or more associates.
- Technical Savvy: Working knowledge of WCS and WMS platforms (experience with Korber is highly advantageous). High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Operational Execution: Great analytical skills with the ability to interpret production data, manage tight deadlines, and coordinate cross-functional labor and materials.

- Safety & Alignment: Enforce warehouse policies, safety standards, and housekeeping; conduct regular management meetings to review production flow.
