- Lead & Coach: Directly oversee production floor activities; motivate, train, and mentor team members to meet daily targets.
- Keep Pace: Ensure production control and schedule adherence stay sharp, keeping output numbers high without sacrificing quality.
- Hands-on Support: Assist with machinery setup, troubleshooting, and basic line management.
- Process Improvement: Evaluate operations and suggest smart adjustments to optimize workflow and reduce waste.
- Safety & Standards: Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment.
