salary: $18 - $21 per hour

Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts safely and efficiently to move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Load and unload inbound and outbound trucks according to shipping and receiving procedures.
- Transport products, pallets, and materials to designated storage and staging areas.
- Perform manual lifting, carrying, and moving of heavy products in accordance with safety guidelines.
- Verify shipments for accuracy by checking quantities, labels, and product condition.
- Stack, organize, and secure inventory to maximize warehouse space and prevent damage.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Conduct routine forklift inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Collaborate with warehouse team members and supervisors to meet productivity and shipping deadlines.
- Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies to management.
- Secure loads and ensure proper weight distribution before transport.
