We're looking for a Forklift Operator / Warehouse Material Handler to join a busy and growing operation. If you enjoy staying active, operating equipment, and being a key part of warehouse and yard operations, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for.
In this role, you'll be responsible for safely operating a sit-down forklift to load, unload, transport, and stage materials throughout the warehouse and yard. You'll support shipping and receiving activities, move inventory to designated locations, and help ensure products are available where and when they're needed.
Responsibilities include:
• Operate sit-down forklifts to move materials, inventory, and finished goods throughout the facility • Load and unload inbound and outbound trucks accurately and efficiently • Organize and transport materials within warehouse and outdoor yard areas • Pull, stage, and prepare orders for shipment • Verify quantities and inspect incoming and outgoing materials • Utilize RF scanners, shipping paperwork, packing slips, and work orders • Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns • Assist with inventory counts and inventory accuracy initiatives • Support receiving, shipping, production, and warehouse teams as needed • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment • Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines • Perform general warehouse and material handling duties as assigned

Responsibilities
- perate sit-down forklifts safely to load, unload, and transport materials throughout the warehouse and yard.
- Load and unload inbound and outbound trucks while verifying product quantities and shipment accuracy.
- Move raw materials, finished goods, and inventory to designated storage or staging areas.
- Perform yard organization and material placement to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
- Utilize RF scanners, shipping documents, packing slips, and work orders to track inventory movements.
- Conduct daily forklift inspections and report equipment issues or safety concerns.
- Assist with order picking, palletizing, wrapping, and preparing shipments for distribution.
- Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and material verification.
- Support receiving and shipping operations by inspecting incoming and outgoing products.
- Operate additional material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, reach trucks, or cherry pickers as needed.
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures, OSHA regulations, and company policies.
- Keep warehouse and yard areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Assist production and warehouse teams with material replenishment and movement of products between departments.
- Work in both indoor warehouse and outdoor yard environments as business needs require.
- Perform general warehouse duties and support special projects as assigned.
