The shift is 8pm - 8am <> Alternating Week 1: Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat.....Week 2: Sun, Wed, Thu (then repeat)

Responsibilities
- Direct Extrusion Experience: Previous experience setting up and operating plastic extrusion machinery (blown film or sheet extrusion) is highly preferred.
- Relevant Manufacturing Experience: In the absence of direct extrusion experience, strong experience with complex industrial machinery, compounding, blending, blow molding, or heavy mechanical production processes is required.
- Industrial Environment: Minimum of 1–2 years working in a fast-paced, safety-conscious manufacturing or industrial plant environment.
- Setup & Startup: Proven ability to perform mechanical machine setups, component changeovers, and safe equipment startups based on technical job orders.
- Troubleshooting: strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to diagnose process inefficiencies, material flow issues, or mechanical faults and perform minor adjustments to minimize downtime.
- Quality Monitoring: Ability to read and interpret production schedules, blueprints, or technical specifications, and use basic measuring tools to ensure product dimensions meet strict quality standards.
