- High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution and 5+ years maintenance experience in a manufacturing facility or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3+ years’ supervisory, team lead, and / or project leadership experience
- 5+ years’ experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, boiler systems, electrical systems, reading schematics, and diagnosing plc errors).
- Understanding of CMMS software or equivalent systems
- Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours, as required by business needs.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (i.e. Business/Operations Management, Engineering or related field).
- Active Boiler’s license
- Demonstrated strong communication skills.
- Basic computer skills with demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Experience in Amtech and CTI

Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Development: Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations by coaching, mentoring, and scheduling staff, while managing performance, training, and knowledge-sharing to cultivate talent.
- Safety & Compliance: Drive a culture of safety by leading observation-based programs, conducting safety huddles, participating in incident investigations, and ensuring compliance with budget, inspection, and legal standards.
- Continuous Improvement & Operational Excellence: Lead problem-solving efforts and sustainability initiatives, manage organizational projects, and proactively escalate issues to minimize customer impact.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner seamlessly with internal departments, facility leadership, floor teams, and external contractors to ensure smooth operations and support company culture initiatives.
