We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Hialeah, FL. Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of warehouse and production staff to ensure daily operations run smoothly.
• Oversee inventory control, receiving, storage, and order fulfillment in the warehouse.
• Monitor and manage production processes to meet production goals and quality standards.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient product flow and on-time deliveries.
• Train and develop team members, conduct performance evaluations, and handle disciplinary actions when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, production, and performance metrics.

The essential functions of this role include:

manual lifting up to 40lbs

working up to 10 hrs of overtime per week
